For the second year in a row, The Neighborhood is excited to partner with Brooklyn Children’s Museum to bring you a full day of fun and family-friendly Tu Bishvat programming. Tu Bishvat is the Jewish calendar’s birthday of the trees. There are so many ways to celebrate trees, fruit, and the earth.

For the second year in a row, The Neighborhood is excited to partner with Brooklyn Children’s Museum to bring you a full day of fun and family-friendly Tu Bishvat programming.
Tu Bishvat is the Jewish calendar’s birthday of the trees. There are so many ways to celebrate trees, fruit, and the earth. Come explore the nature-inspired activities that will help us experience this holiday!
Between the museum’s hours of 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, you can find our programming all throughout the building.
The Garden (Children’s Theater Installation): The Garden is a radically inclusive, meditative performance installation exploring nature and the life cycle through all five senses. Movement theater, poetic text in multiple languages, live music, and interactive play with natural objects from across New York City.
