What is your organization's mission?
Our mission is to provide a traditional egalitarian prayer space and community, guided by halacha, and dedicated to spirited prayer, learning, and gathering. Through this community, we hope to enrich the Jewish experience of those who join us and share a meaningful opportunity to connect to each other and to Judaism.

What activities do you offer?
We meet for Saturday morning services on the second, fourth, and occasional fifth Shabbat of every month. We also meet for morning services on holidays.

How would you describe your community?
Altshul is a multi-generational community that gathers together to pray, learn, and socialize. As a lay-led community, we are committed to finding ways for everyone to contribute in a manner that matches their skills and interest. Our members take pride in being active participants in the enrichment of the larger community experience. Our services follow traditional Hebrew liturgy and we value diversity, inclusivity, and community engagement from members of all backgrounds.

What is the accessibility of your site?
Our typical location is fully accessible. On occasion, due to logistical constraints, we are relocated to other rooms in the building that require stairs.
